Terms of Service

By using our website and our services, you (customer) agree to the following terms:

  • myHANGERS will use reasonable efforts to maintain a high-quality cleaning service.
  • myHANGERS accepts no liability for damage due to normal cleaning of items without care instructions, and accepts no liability for items treated in accordance with the care labels or other instructions provided.
  • myHANGERS accepts no liability for “special care” items that include special attention to be cleaned or that do not have care instructions; provided, however, myHANGERS will take special care of items that are placed in the plastic bag provided and labeled “delicates.”
  • myHANGERS is not responsible for clothing bleeding, shrinking, or otherwise changing as a result of normal washing procedures. Precautions will be taken to alleviate these problems if possible.
  • myHANGERS reserves the right to refuse to clean any garment.
  • myHANGERS does not guarantee the removal of all stains. myHANGERS will have its cleaning service re-clean items that, in its sole discretion, were not properly cleaned and have not been worn since they were cleaned.
  • myHANGERS is not responsible for loss of or damage to any personal or non-cleanable items left in the clothing or laundry bags such as money, jewelry, or any other item. The customer agrees not to leave such items in its clothing or in its laundry bags.
  • We cannot hold unclaimed garments for more than 2 months. Beyond this period, unclaimed garments will be donated to charity accordingly.
  • myHANGERS is not liable for reimbursing new items purchased by the customer to replace lost or damaged items. Our liability with respect to any lost or damaged item shall not exceed more than 5 times our charge for cleaning the item, regardless of brand or condition.
  • In case of damage to clothes due to fire, myHANGERS will reimburse 70% of the amount paid during purchase of the clothing for new clothes, and 1/4th of the amount paid during purchase of the clothing for used clothes.
  • If the customer doesn't have the bill of purchase for the above mentioned clothing, myHANGERS will reimburse 5 times the service charge amount for dry cleaned clothes and 10 times the service charge amount for ironed clothes.


The customer must pay the agreed-upon charges. All sales are final and all payments are non-refundable.
